Shipping Locations

At this time, Kates Crystals ships within Canada only.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your order has been placed.

Please note that processing time does not include weekends or statutory holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: CA$18 on orders under CA$150

  • Free Shipping: Orders of CA$150 or more (before applicable taxes)

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped using Canada Post.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Canada Post's service schedules.

Local Pickup

We are pleased to offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

Pickup instructions will be provided after your order has been confirmed.

Kates Crystals is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with Canada Post to locate your package.
